Administration
The Administration department coordinates all of Mission’s departments and daily operations to ensure that all of Mission’s services are provided both effectively and efficiently. The Administration department also organizes the annual budget process, and presents each year’s fiscal budget to the Mission City Council for approval.

Budget Development Process

The City's fiscal year is January 1 - December 31. The City's budget must be approved and certified in August of each year. The process of prpearing the budget includes many public meetings and discussions. The video recordings, meeting packet materials and presentations for the meetings leading up to the submission of the 2020 budget are included below.
